This mill is used to grind grain and is powered by a windmill on the roof and donkeys on the inside.

This is what the whole thing looks like with any texture pack
Instructions:
Depending on any size.Arrange the blocks like this.
Depending on the desire of the height then put the blocks inwards.
That the mill tightens upwards.
The mill windmill consists of stairs placed next to each other.
Can you make at will of course even prettier ;)

Is the mill powered by the donkeys or is that supposed to be a windmill on top?
On top is a windmill. Inside the millstone. Unfortunately the donkeys can't really drive it.
Are fences to the top of the ceiling and the millstone around the top. The donkeys are just tied to it
so it looks like 😉

The idea is not so bad now. Especially with the donkeys I find quite well done and the contribution is generally very lovingly designed.
