The pressure plate activates a Clock (see Comparator Clock) which activates a caster. This casts the experience.
Unfortunately, there are two flaws that are probably easy to fix, but I've left them out of consideration here:
- The thrower has a follow-up delay, i.e. he throws more bottles for a short moment, even without standing on the pressure plate.
- This causes the experience orbs to reactivate the pressure plate, so you have to collect them quickly after going off the pressure plate.

Instructions:
You can actually see everything in the main screenshot, but here's the instructions and a picture from the back anyway:![-](https://minecraft-bauideen.de/wp-content/uploads/Intelligenter-Erfahrungsflaschenwerfer-1.jpg)

- Sets a pressure plate on the ground and sets a block in front of it redstone dust. Connect this by a line on a three blocks higher Platform on which a comparator clock is located. Connect the redstone line so that the occurrence on the pressure plate activates the clock.
- Places the launcher over the pressure plate so that the clock activates it.

How about a stone pressure plate, then the experience vials shouldn't trigger themselves.
Sounds good

The idea already exists in two more beautiful versions
What's intelligent about that?
@gamegirl nothing. And the redstone can also be laid better.
@Raccon - The "shower" doesn't work because the bullets are spawned by a command block, are included in the code, and thus no longer apply.
@Gamegirl/picasso22 - I know he's not all that intelligent. I mean that it only activates when you stand on the, better lithographic plate (as xxluke said; THX ;D), and go out after it. And I already said that about following up. Of course you can also lay the redstone nicer, but I just did it once "detailed".

You/you don't always have to write your name underneath 😀
Personally I would use a lever, otherwise the idea is fine
