Instructions:
First of all, the floor plan is built as close to an ocean as possible. Because then you do not have far to the beach.Dimensions: Length 44 blocks
Width 18 blocks
Height 22 blocks
The first blocks of flats are now being set. (7x7x7 one apartment block)
The following are now moved
Then the gable is built and roofs are placed on the apartment blocks.
Finally time to design the facade
Now that the building is up they can start building the beach.

I especially like the tiki bar, to go with it would be some beach torches (just a torch on a fence) which are all around. ^^

At first glance it looks more like a fortress or something like that.You could have maybe used fired clay or sandstone but that wouldn't fit so well in the environment.On the whole I think it's really nice though. 😀
The building doesn't look like a hotel at first glance, I would use other materials. But the basic idea is quite good.

With houses, etc., which have nothing really special, I always give nen thumbs down. No offense, but to build a house is not really new.
