You simply craft a [[frame]] and a [[map]/[[clock]]. Then you put the frame on the wall and then the map / clock with a right click in there. Near info on [[map]] can be found in the Minecraftwiki 😉

Screenshots with F2 I think. F1 makes your hand and inventory bar away, F3 shows you your coordinates, F5 then you can see yourself. 😀
