Viewing windows are impossible because it's underground. In a public building you can accommodate your horses in a space-saving way. At home you can of course build a stable. A dog is e.g. at the Migros also simply tied in front of the store.

I think it's good, and parking garages don't have to have cars in them - after all, they're not called car showrooms or car parking garages.
