This shelf board can be made in all colors.
Step 1
First you need barriers. These you get with the cheat /give @p barrier
Step 2
Now build the barriers on the wall where you want the shelf. The width does not matter
Step 3
Now you choose a carpet color and put this carpet over the barriers
Step 4
Now you can also put a row of carpets on top of the carpets
DONE
However, you can't put anything on these shelves. Except, on the top one... But the object would then float
Instead of barriers, surely you can use trip wire, like you did with the ping pong table.

This also works with a booth that has carpet itself or if something is standing as a "block". e.g. wire or dirtstone.
