It's definitely quite nice. I always like to build a swimming pool next to my house (although of course that has no function in Minecraft and I like the diving boards and the water slide.

That's too monotonous and there's already a better one here.

I would design the walls differently and replace the floor with prismarine.

Not enough low because of springboard -> definitely in reality, in Minecraft you don't get damage.
