This tic-tac-toe game is playable and can be built in creative mode.
Here is a Tic Tac Toe I designed together with a friend. It is a Tic Tac Toe that does everything (except pressing buttons of course) automatically. You can choose at the beginning who starts and how many rounds it goes (3 or 5 rounds).

Apart from the fact that you could have built the whole thing about 3 times smaller (Command Blocks) I think it's a good idea. Like!
