I think it's a good idea, but I think it would be better if you used a CD or something similar instead of the notepad in the itemframe (the CD symbolizes the part where the sound comes out).

I've seen a similar version at Grian, only stop instead of boxes in the frame maybe colored glass (diagonal) uznd on the block a button. Can you even if you have tried it as a screenshot insert 😉
