Here's an idea of how you could set up a room for your cat.

The scratching post I got from an idea of @jakmat02
the sleeping place i built out of glowstone,carpet and nether brick steps.the frames are supposed to be some kind of wallpaper (you could do this for a dog room again with bones or steaks)
Instructions:
1.search/build a small room2.sleeping place(build basket)
3. set up the cat tree
4.hang frame and put fish in it
There's a litter box missing. Maybe you could put another block of sand in the corner somewhere?

@Tomlina123 and @MineCrab Ocelot you tame with fish and they color by accident after taming.
