@xxluke what is the "usual" Minecraft style? Minecraft is what you make it. I've seen entire modern cities made out of wool/quartz/clay with no creative mode. Minecraft doesn't really have a style.

Of course, you can also build modern cities. But usually everything in Minecraft is in a more "medieval" style. There is no electricity, for example; Redstone is just made up and can play in any time.
On the servers I've played on so far, it wouldn't fit into the survival world at all if there was a drone flying through the air.
