A fair should be bright, colorful and crowded. All I see here is a meadow with a few small buildings.

Coloured lighting (realisable with Redstone lamps)
Carousel
Roller coaster (realizable with rails)
Booths
Shooting ranges 1 vs. 1 where redstone is wired in
especially Minecraft: other minigames

It's dark, it looks bad, it's poorly implemented, and there are already far better ideas here.
