somehow this is not modern but only a block with a few flowers still looks good but I would not call it modern

In a hotel I find the interior more important. But it has become fashionable to show houses only from the outside.
Can you show another pair of screenshots from inside?
And then maybe without the icons belonging to the PSVita....

So: the design is from a rating of 1-10, 7. Since it doesn't resemble a hotel I would say Dislike.

A little too "simple" in design for me personally.
Cubes and cubes are a bit out in minecraft. Try something round, oval, ...

I like the corner that looks out, otherwise rather average
From the outside it looks more like an asylum seekers home than a hotel, to be honest. The only thing that reminds me of a hotel is the corner that looks out.
It doesn't look so nice.
How about a pool or a little front yard?
