Tower that shows time and path to spawn. Suitable for server & solo play.
The clock on the tower shows, both above and below ground, the current position of the sun. Therefore also underground quite well to use. The compass always points to the spawn, which could be especially useful on servers. Furthermore, you could extend the tower upwards and hang signs with information under the frames.
In my version of the tower, a clock and a compass hang on each side.

It's useful, but I don't think it's even a tower...
And besides, no one I know plays Minecraft,
And use your watches and compass.

Well, it's a small tower. Whether you use clocks and/or compasses is up to you. I use clocks underground, just to see what time of day it is.
Okay, I'm fine with that,
but still, it doesn't look like a tower.
