Again, "shrine" is a German word and is spelled with "sch" and "ei"!
Shrine is English and means shrine.
Then write: Small Wither Shrine! But please do not mix the languages wildly.
Proper names such as Redstone or Enderman are ok, but since this is a german side (see minecraft building ideas.de), it would be nice if everything is written in German as well.
