I don't think that's much of an idea, that's the purpose of picture frames.
ok, so in the big picture ok but:
1. do you actually already know the idea, so I've only seen menus on servers.
2. you need items to refill. I had on nem realms server a neighbor who had built a warehouse and had built these items with frame in front of it. Then I snuck in 2 times, hit it, and bagged it. This is because the frames are not protected so for no multiplayer.
