Without a telescope or pictures of the inside, it's just a simple dome and doesn't get a Like from me yet.
Without more pictures you can not properly evaluate the building idea, so no Like from me yet. But I hope that the observatory still has a telescope somewhere, otherwise it would not really be an observatory.
