Also, I don't think it's so brilliant "You can make the shape of the roof whatever you want.".
It would make more sense to add different options for the design of the roof in the form of pictures. 

I feel a bit sorry for you with all the negative reviews on your ideas, but I can't give this proposal a positive rating either, unfortunately. Creativity is lacking at all corners here.

to build good houses in minecraft, you have to get away from the block structure by building circles or the like.
Maybe this will help.

The house is not even symmetrical, ok that does not have to be but here it just looks wrong. 15 blocks wide and a double door just doesn't fit.
