If you surround the pool with lapis lazuli, everyone who passes it has to look twice. Because the color of the water and the blue stone look quite similar.

In Creative Mode it's pretty easy to build something like that. But in Survival you have to collect enough / a lot of lapis lazuli if you want a bigger pool. But why should you store the blue stone in boxes? - You need it for (almost) nothing.

Tip 1: - Glowstone looks very good in the pool as lighting
Tip 2: - Who wants can also make the bottom of lapis lazuli. The water looks so much bluer

Instructions:

Pools that are more than one block deep do not automatically distribute water evenly on the surface. Therefore, you may initially have the pool only one block deep when you fill it with water, and then make it deeper afterwards.
