No, no one listens to you :D. On servers just take the admin console. If you are not admin you have to ask the admin.

I also built a sauna a long time ago, which is made of wood, in which it steams but nothing burns. Completely without commands or cheats in survival mode feasible. You have to know a little bit about fire in Minecraft and use partly non-combustible ground. Is not so difficult.
Is already bitter how everyone is upset here because of the fire xD instead of just taking non-combustible soil and fire DRUNTER, ne? xD
Instead of the fire, one could also have an eternally burning stove with the command /give @p lit_furnace use.
My suggestion, with a thermometer, bath towels, and rocks on the infuser that smoke and crackle without burning everything down in survival mode:
