Everyone knows it: You want to convert a button signal into a lever signal:
What do you do?
A: You build a T-flip-flop with pistons ->
But: The T-Flip-Flop with Pistons is much too LOUD!
HERE IS THE SOLUTION!!!
The T-Flip-Flop Without Piston's!!!
With the push of a button, it turns a short signal into a long one! 
Instructions:
- Set block with button (input) and R. flare
- On it 3 Redstone and an amplifier on level 3
- Before that 2 more Redstone amplifiers
- In front of the left one block (or redstone!)
- To the right another Redstone amplifier pointing to the right which is automatically encrypted.
- Directly next to it is the output

It is called comparator in English and German. ( Only the pronunciation is different ) In detail it should be called speech tone signal strength comparator, because that's what it does.
