Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean.
In any case not water tower of Vienna but Wiener Neustadt. Habs at least tried that he looks like. 

Maybe someone has a "secret tip" ? Looking for buildings that exist in real, are not too extremely large and fit well into a medieval city. 
And probably have not yet been built in Minecraft .

Hmm, vll build a well, a marketplace or a horse trade with carriages if you can build them at all. ^^

@morpheus On YouTube there is the channel Mittelalterstudio Winthor. They have often built something like this, for example a townhouse of a town on the Taunus.
