Flip-flop switch"/>
This idea makes a switch output a redstone signal all the time. It works well for light switches.
Instructions:
First we build like on the screenshot, then we make a block and put a sticky piston on it.
Once off. 
And the flip flop switch once on. 
You can also extend it.

The variant of xxluke is much more space-saving... Apart from that you can see nothing on the night pictures.... Isn't it even a rule when uploading to only take the photos during the day?
