This facility produces leather, meat, and steaks in a fully automated fashion, but requires spawner eggs.
A thrower creates with Spawner eggs and a clock circuit always new cows in the slaughter room, until one comes on the pressure plate, the pistons extend downwards and so kill the cows. The resulting drops reach the chests via funnels in the floor and funnel trucks moving underneath.
Since you need Spawner eggs you can unfortunately not really use it. In addition, you can certainly optimize some, eg why the rails and not directly into the chest and why not trip wire instead of the pressure plate.
Food farms in Creative are so unnecessary because you don't get hungry. Besides, you could also create enough meat.
