This (I'll call it a fountain) is well suited for medieval, but also fantasy houses.
It is important that there is a small pond in front of the house.

The idea of a Fountain already exists and to put it only in front of a house is neither very innovative nor does it look very good.
I really like your bay windows though. ^^
I would rather think: why are there still pointless blocks hanging in the air? Instead of Oh a fountain, how creative!

Looks nice. With pond in front of the house is always a fine thing anyway, then you can sleep and after getting up just jump out the window.
I think the idea (especially the house) AWESOME! But alas, there is already a fountain idea here. Let's just say that this is a winch to carry water. Then this would almost be a standalone idea.
The house looks great, but the fountain isn't really the hit now....
