The reason why they don't look 100%ig like standing toilets is that Minecraft has a hard time getting the proportions of complex objects right, and the smaller the harder. But if there are toilet cabins opposite and a mirror with a sink on the side, I think you can see it well. And it's also more about the basic idea.

The slime block is supposed to represent vomit. The bathroom is part of a large office building from one of my adventure maps. The whole thing has something to do with the story, in which the person wakes up drunk without memory in the toilet after a company party and has to flee from the building before the police...

Instead of the lower metal flap, you could also use a funnel attached to the wall.

That's true 🙂 However, I personally only use default because the challenge to build something nice is greater there and also it displays similarly on most.
