With this command you get a Giantspawner: /setblock ~ ~ mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId: Giant} then you build the pole of fences on top of the spawner. you could hang banners on it so you don't see the spawner so well*it is not suitable for survival mode because you have to cheat the Giantspawner.
