The screenshot shows a rugby stadium built by me in 1:1 scale. But the basic principle can be transferred.
The complexity comes from the building effort!
The grandstands are laid out with complete rows of seats and inside them are changing rooms, toilets, etc.
So much for a general view of the stadium... Now here are the detailed pictures:

Respect who builds such a thing! But it's just a stadium...
It doesn't look like it's 1:1 scale. That's why it's neutral.
I started from the scale 1 block = 1m³ ...
Would build a stadium if then also only in the scale 1:1.

how about moving the ranks with villagers or armor stands?!
