A tree, as it is common in Minecraft, in scale 4:1 and habitable inside.
In the trunk, the staircase leads upstairs to the living area:

The idea itself is not too unpopular, but still always inspiring. Just from the inside I like this tree house very much. I had thereby today spontaneously got back to Minecraft desire and implemented this idea...
For survival mode, it's a nice challenge.

How high is the tree actually ? And above the foliage how high and wide is that? =D
I have since deleted the map. But the tree is exactly 4:1 scale, so one wood/deciduous block is built from 4x4x4 individual blocks. The trunk is 12 blocks high before the foliage starts. I think the foliage has a side length of 20 blocks.
I'd say that's more of a house-tree than a tree-house.
But still really cool!

Well, I do not like these mods, because it no longer has much to do with Minecraft, if you do not build yourself. The design of the tree I have much more copied from the game itself and just built 4x as big.
Really cool, but you could also make the tree look as real as possible, that would be a lot more elaborate though. Yes, I know it should look like a normal Minecraft tree, but it would also be great 😀 Like
