Without the cows it would be possible to build it as a relaxation place, but can't you build it in Survival?

Pretty, even if I do not quite understand it o.O
I've seen something similar before, but with the mushroom cows it's also a nice version. I like something like this because you can build it on servers hidden underground where it won't be seen by griefers right away.
But why does it have the designation creative mode? Sure, mushroom cows aren't always easy to come by, but 2 are bound to be found. Glowstone, soul sand, nether warts, and mushrooms only require a single trip to the nether, and the rest are grass, water, and a few plants - mundane materials.
