A windmill with many details in the interior.
The idea of a windmill is certainly not new, it is more about the visual implementation.
When entering the windmill, a pressure plate triggers a thrower, in which wheat grains are located. These usually remain on the millstone.
Living space
Attic with Gears for the implementation of wind energy on the millstone.
Here a version with wind rose. (The "sail" at the back).
To keep the object from looking dead, I put a villager/miller in the mill.
Created on a survival server.

I drove the villager with a lorry from his original home directly to the round of the mill. A trapdoor at the entrance to the interior prevents his escape. Alternatively, you could build these into the entrance to make him move throughout the property. Didn't look that great though.
