I like the building a lot! However, I would have put a row of stairs in front of the roof. Screens from the inside would be nice, by the way...

Wow I also had the idea with the gothic arches at the bottom *-* for a townhouse actually but except for the roof all good.
Suggestion for improvement: include the 2×2 window instead of the "glass triangle" on the left side of the lower right corner and on the right side on the lower left corner.
Approaches are very good, but I have to agree with the others, roof somehow does not really fit.
