A neon sign (light board) that fits into any Minecraft town.
First you look for a suitable place and build e.g. a nether brick fence 2*1*4 blocks high. The rest is clearly visible on the screenshot (I have taken stone steps). You now build either beacons or glowstones, with beacons fitting more. Then you place a picture until it is the one you want (It has to fit exactly). Over the highest beacons I built day sensors, these have the "solar cell effect".
Fits well in a modern city 😀
