The grill isn't perfect, but it smokes.
A grill that starts smoking when you right click with coal.
Instructions:
The whole thing works because there is a powered Minecart in the block on which the rail lies as a grill.
First you have to destroy the red block, then activate the piston, finally the rail and the frame on it and off you go with the barbecue in Minecraft :D
