1 Daylight sensor
1 Sticky Flask
3 Redstone
1 Repeater
1 Redstone flare
1 Glass block
1 block of your choice

Armor and equipment donors
When you stand on the pressure plate, the content of the launcher is thrown into the inventory (the armor slot).
